Meet Rebecca
I’m an aspiring physician-scientist and a graduate of Duke University. Before I was on the pre-med track, I dreamt of becoming a music producer, mangaka, animator, and, of course, a photographer. The ability to blend my passion for photography with my journey toward becoming a physician is a rare and cherished blessing that I don’t take for granted.
In all that I do, I strive to exemplify Christ's love and grace. Through photography, my hope is to make every person feel seen, known, loved, and beautiful—just as they were created to be. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, a milestone, or simply a moment in time, I want you to feel the deep care and intention behind every photograph I take.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart…” – Jeremiah 1:5

How I Got Into Photography
I’ve always had an eye for capturing moments, probably because I was the oldest in my family and always the one with the camera. It wasn’t anything formal at first—I just had an instinct for knowing when something would make a good photo. In 7th grade, I joined my school’s photography club, and to my surprise, I was the only one there! My teacher took me under his wing, and I started learning the basics—things that stuck with me over the years.
Throughout high school, life got busy, and photography took a backseat, but I always kept a camera with me. Then, for my 18th birthday, my dad surprised me with a "big-girl" camera. I started taking pictures of my friends’ graduation ceremonies just for fun, and something clicked. I realized that photography wasn’t just about capturing an image—it was about creating art, telling stories, and freezing beautiful moments in time. From there, I knew I had found something I truly loved.
If you're looking for a photographer who will truly listen to your vision, create meaningful images, and capture the beauty in the real moments of life, I’d love to be a part of your story.
